1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the bde177 website located at bde177.net and any related mobile-browser applications, services, features, or content made available by bde177 (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering, depositing, or placing any bet on the Platform, you ("Player", "User", "you") acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

bde177 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be published on this page with the effective date updated accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the binding agreement between you and bde177.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of the Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of bde177 to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision in any subsequent circumstance.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

The bde177 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. It is illegal for persons under the age of 18 to participate in online gambling or betting of any kind. By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative for any third party;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the bde177 Platform or had an account closed for misconduct.

bde177 takes age verification seriously. All accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification, which includes submission of a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Any account where the verification process reveals the holder is under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, all winnings and bonuses will be forfeited, and the original deposit amount will be reviewed for return in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To place bets, play casino games, or make deposits on the bde177 Platform, you must first register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Bangladeshi mobile number. You must ensure that all information provided during registration remains accurate and up to date at all times.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one bde177 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where bde177 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual (identified via matching device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, or identity documents), all associated accounts will be suspended, bonuses claimed across all accounts will be voided, and balances may be withheld pending investigation.

3.2 KYC Verification

bde177 conducts mandatory identity verification for all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal request and may conduct verification checks at any time during the account lifecycle. Documents required for KYC include:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence showing full name, date of birth, and photograph;
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days showing your name and residential address;
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits, showing the account holder name matches the bde177 account name.

bde177 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days of the request may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawal.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bde177 will never contact you requesting your password. Any activity conducted through your account using valid credentials will be treated as authorised by you. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the bde177 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bde177 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following verified payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. bde177 does not currently accept cryptocurrency, credit cards issued outside Bangladesh, or international wire transfers.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction;
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your bde177 account within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions;
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be credited, depending on the processing speed of the originating bank;
• bde177 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges;
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned where possible, subject to a processing fee of ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction;
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit;
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days;
• bde177 reserves the right to conduct additional identity checks before approving withdrawal requests above ৳50,000;
• Bonus-derived funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted — see Section 5 below;
• Withdrawals will only be processed once full KYC verification has been completed satisfactorily.

4.3 Failed or Disputed Transactions

If a deposit does not appear in your bde177 account balance within 2 hours of the transaction being completed on your mobile wallet or bank, you should contact support with the transaction reference number provided by your payment provider. bde177 will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit discrepancies within 48 hours. bde177 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing infrastructure.

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with a third-party payment provider in respect of a bde177 transaction that is confirmed as valid will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and referral to a debt recovery process.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bde177 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer as published at the point of promotion. The following general bonus conditions apply to all bde177 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Welcome Bonus: New players who make a first deposit are eligible for a 150% match bonus of up to ৳20,000. This bonus is subject to a 30x wagering requirement on the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted;
• One Bonus Per Offer: Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Use of multiple accounts or borrowed identities to claim the same offer repeatedly constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure;
• Wagering Contributions: Different game types contribute different percentages toward meeting a wagering requirement. As a general rule, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–20%, and sports betting contributes according to the specific promotion terms. • Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not activated within 7 days of being credited and wagering requirements not met within 30 days of bonus activation will expire automatically with no cash value;
• Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: While a bonus is active and wagering requirements have not been met, the maximum permitted bet per round or per event is ৳500. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided;
• Free Spins: Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to a 20x wagering requirement unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms;
• bde177 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already satisfied all conditions, accrued entitlements will be honoured.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the bde177 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that is fair, lawful, and respectful of other users and the integrity of the Platform. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Underage Gambling: Attempting to access or use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one bde177 account;
• Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund an account;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live games or sports betting markets to achieve an unfair advantage;
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the Platform on your behalf;
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, pricing errors, or data feed malfunctions to place bets or wagers that would not otherwise be available under correct market conditions;
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers or bonus structures in a manner that guarantees a risk-free profit regardless of game outcome, including matched betting using bde177 bonus funds;
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process, transfer, or conceal proceeds of criminal activity. bde177 is committed to anti-money laundering compliance and will report suspected money laundering activity to relevant authorities without notification to the account holder;
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing bde177 support staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Impersonation: Claiming to be a bde177 employee, agent, or representative, or falsely claiming affiliations with bde177 to gain advantages from other users.

bde177 reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, the account may be suspended and access to funds temporarily restricted. bde177's findings are final and binding in all cases of suspected misconduct, subject to the appeals process described in Section 7.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

bde177 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age;
• Request from the account holder to self-exclude or close their account voluntarily;
• Notification from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency requiring account restriction;
• Extended period of account inactivity (defined as no login for 12 consecutive calendar months).

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their bde177 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's last confirmed payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.2 Appeals Process

If your account has been suspended or closed by bde177 and you believe this action was taken in error, you may submit a written appeal to [email protected] within 30 calendar days of the account action. Your appeal should include your registered username, the reason you believe the account action was incorrect, and any supporting evidence. bde177 will review your appeal and respond within 10 business days. The decision made following appeal review is final.

7.3 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive calendar months. bde177 will send an inactivity notice to the email address registered to the account prior to applying any inactivity-related changes. Real-money balances on inactive accounts are preserved for a period of 36 months from the last login date, after which they may be subject to administrative handling in accordance with applicable Bangladeshi regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

The bde177 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bde177 makes every effort to maintain continuous platform availability and accurate game data, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical issues at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bde177 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or winnings arising from technical failures, disconnections, or data feed errors;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions;
• Content, accuracy, or availability of third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, or Ezugi;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on game RTP figures, odds, or promotional materials, which are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms limits bde177's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by bde177's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose money when using the bde177 Platform and that bde177 is not responsible for any financial loss you incur as a result of gambling activity. You confirm that you are gambling with funds you can afford to lose and that any losses do not materially affect your financial obligations or living standards.
